Есть еще куча настроек, но эти считаю самыми оптимальными.Настройки через файл autoexec.cfg:

А зачем нужна "-novid" заставки то и так нет!

с прошлой осталось. Ничем не мешает. А заставку могут и добавить в любой обнове.
